We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent - they couldn't be more helpful and really made our stay a pleasant one. The location is great, with beautiful views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The hotel facilities are impressive, including a well-equipped gym. We also enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service to the beach and the city of Alanya.
Everything great.

Fantastic 5-star experience. Free parking on-site was provided. Nothing too much trouble, we would stay here again if in Alanya.

Breakfast and staff were awesome, and the hotel itself was fantastic! We requested a suite with exceptional view and were completely satisfied. Pool kept us happy, it was nice. We visited gold cable park that was 10 minutes’ walk away.

This luxurious hotel provided me with exclusive amenities, fulfilling my every need. the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and sun terrace were immaculate. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast and the poolside snack bar was perfect for lighter fare. the private room facilities were also exclusive and well-maintained.
While the hotel was overall wonderful, the karaoke could be heard from my room in the evening. this was only a minor issue and I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's rest regardless.

The location is excellent, though far from the sea, but a beautiful view. good slides for children, smiling and responsive staff. Hard four.
It's a long way from the sea, no shampoos, no toothpaste, no iron in the room, is that five? Food in the restaurant is monotonous, the choice is small, - for ascetics))

Great views from the rooms and lovely pool. the hotel has a nice beach nearby and offers good water sports activities. the staff is very friendly and always willing to help.
The food was not great and the buffet only had a few options. the hotel needs a renovation as it is outdated and in need of a good cleaning.

fantastic friendly staff, keen to help. staff excellent with our young children.
Check before you stay! we visited in early April, unaware that resort was not operating a lot of the facilities shown on website. e.g. a number of restaurants, bars & skating rink were closed. kids club wasn't open until we complained, and to the credit of the resort an improvised club was arranged. outdoor pools unheated and were too cold to use, so restricted to single indoor pool.

The hotel had an impressive selection of pools and was kept very clean. The entertainment team was active and engaging. The all-inclusive food was varied and tasty.
Waiting times at the bar were a bit long due to understaffing. Some of the activities advertised by the hotel were either closed or poorly maintained.

The facilities were very good and the restaurant offerings were varied and interesting. The prices around the hotel were good and it makes a change to be able to buy large bottles of water from the hotel shop for less than 50p. Never felt like we were being overcharged although the spa was costly at around £60/70 for a massage. The room (Townhouse apt) was excellent and kept very clean throughout our stay. The bowling was great for the hot times during the day and the kids loved the water slides and the pools.
The Hotel reception staff were generally poor. Low quality service, poor manners and not very helpful. Very poor English. The guest relations staff were better with much better English and the restaurant staff on the top floor were very good. The hotel is mainly full of Russians and so this brings a particular ambience that does not suit all. Felt safe for the kids and room security seemed good even though there were no safes in the rooms.

I had a very relaxing stay at the Hotel apart for the first night accomodiation. It has not spoiled my holiday and I would book gold city again.
The first night i was offered a room which i did not reserve as i booked a senior suite. The room had three faults . no 1 the air con did not work in two out of the three rooms. After reporting this i had to wait over a hour for a maintenance man to visit then a further hour while he tried to fix the problem but he gave up after 2 hours. no 2 there was not water connected for the kitchen sink. No 3 the cooker hob was not working as there was a large crack on the hot plate. I asked after three hours to be moved to another room but was told the hotel was booked out. I would just have to stay in room 1010. I wasa moved the next day around 2.00 pm to room 1002 which was excellent, but i did not enjoy the first night with no air con.

The hotel is really good for family vacation. Good facilities, nice pools and miniclub areas, good design, restaurant at the top floor, disco for kids. Lots of services. Staff is frendly and polite. Calm atmosphere and perfect view from the rooms.
Quite far from the beach, it's not a big problem though. We had expected to see the sandy beach. Quite poor breakfast buffet. Cleaning the rooms is not good.

A little to far from the city, the spa offeres a various number of tratments, but it is way to expensive, the beds are very hard, reading lamps in bedroom are missing
